Heath SB cabinet colors?

Hi, everyone.....

Are there any cabinet color experts out there?  Rob Hummel separates the SB
cabinet green into "early" (more green tint) and "late" (more blue tint).
I purchased a small touch up bottle of the "late" series for my SB-104A and
SB-221.  Matched perfectly!

Now, I'm looking at re-doing an SB-100 cabinet.  As best as my poor old
eyes can tell, it looks much like the SB-104A, on the "bluish" side.  I
would have thought that would have fallen in the "early" series.  Are my
eyes playing tricks or has the color faded/changed over the years?  Or, is
it really supposed to be the "late" series?  Where do the SB-301/303 and
401 come in?

If all of those are really "late", what rigs use the "early" color?  I
realize that I can give Rob a call and probably get his list of rigs......
I may do this on Monday...... Just wanted to see if there were any other
perspectives on this.

One more question, if I may..... any suggestions on cleaning up the white
lettering on an SB front panel.  I have one that has yellowed badly.  Can
the lettering be whitened without removing it?
