Hw-5400

Hello all,

I have a HW-5400 that I picked up a while ago but just put on the
bench.  It is in very good shape and well constructed.  It seems
that every other report I get on my signal is bad.  I either
get very good or very bad reports on SSB. CW is always good.
Has anyone had experiences with this rig?  Any hints or tips?
