Dual A/B VFO frequency display, each with its own individually
adjustable RIT, increases the
enjoyment and ease of use of your QRP rig.

With the read/write of favorite frequencies into 100 memories, the
Menu Plus QRP VFO gives
your QRP rig the power of a “full featured base station transceiver”
in its control and selection
     of frequencies.

The comfort and ease of use of the Menu Plus QRP VFO with its 16 key
membrane keypad,
with adhesive backing to mount it on any suitable flat surface, will
provide enhanced enjoyment
     to operate your QRP rig.

Smooth tuning with the up/down keys is a pleasure to use. The variable
(automatically
accelerating) change of frequencies increases at a faster rate the
longer you hold your finger on
     the key.

This variable rate change of frequencies make it easy to use the
up/down tuning keys for small
frequency changes of 10Hz (to tune in a CW signal masked by QRM for
example) - as easy as
moving 200KHz. quickly from one side of the band to the other.

Band changes can be made easily by pre-storing a frequency in the 80M
band in memory
number 80, a frequency in the 40 meter band in memory number 40, and
so on.

Any one of the up to 100 stored frequencies in memory can be read into
VFO “A” or VFO “B”.

Cross band coverage as simple as pressing the “A/B” key to switch back
and forth between
     bands.

The numerical keypad can be used to enter the frequency directly at
any time. For example,
the frequency can be entered as “14.23345” in the 20M band (which is
accurate to 10Hz), or as
“14.2” which will be displayed as “14.20000”.

For the first time, your QRP rig can be operated through a computer or
terminal via the RS-232
port. This is a true RS-232 interface. Simply plug an RS-232 cable
from your computer or
terminal directly to the Menu Plus QRP VFO.

Use your computer or terminal to control the Menu Plus QRP VFO through
the RS-232
connection to switch between VFO “A” and VFO “B”, to enter frequency
directly, to change the
RIT offset or clear the RIT and to tune the QRP VFO up or down in
frequency, 10Hz at a time,
just as you would with the keypad up/down arrow keys.
