SB-104 & SB-104A T/R Thumps....

Hi Friends,

I've found this thread on the SB-104/A a very interesting one.  I'm
wondering if anyone has solved the "Thump" problem that I have noted
on every SB-104/A I've ever tried.  When you change from receive to
transmit, there is a pronounced thump in the speaker.  I was able to
get rid of the problem on SSB by using a FET switch, but there is still
considerable thump on CW.  Any ideas?
