WTB or rent: Callbook

I am hoping that collectors of old heath radios will have a related "old"
item.

I am trying to find a 1963, 64, or 65  Callbook to locate a friend.

I don't remember his call so I have to look through all the WA4's (that
is why I just can't ask someone to look it up for me).

I am hoping someonw has one they will either sell me or rent me (yes, I
will return it at my expense).
