SB-301 LMO FIXED!!!

The problem is solved.  The ground connection in the LMO to the var. cap
was bad, dirty to be precise.  From years of non-use, it was so dirty
that it was no longer making contact.  Disassembly was necessary, a good
clean-out, and now its fine!

Thanks to all who sent ideas, and to the former Heathkit employee here
in St. Louis for the phone call (who wished to remain anonymous).
