HD 10 / HD 1410

Hello, Ed and group.
The HD-10 was designed to key "grid-block-keyed" vacuum tube rigs.
The HD-1410 was cleverly designed to key either "grid-block-keyed" or
newfangled solid-state rigs.
I also use the HD-1410 to cathode-key low-powered tube rigs. ( Meissner
Signal Shifter, for example). I Use a higher voltage output transistor
internal to the keyer for that.
Your choice of keyer will be affected chiefly by the type of rig you will be
keying.
Also, the keyer can be "helped" with additional inboard or outboard interface
circuits such as optocouplers, medium - to - high power transistors, relays
etc with appropriate transient protection.
Regards,
Bill
