Buy a new Heathkit now

John;

No one has told you to buy an AM radio.  I strongly urge
you not to give in and buy one.

In my case, I have two young kids that I want to be
exposed to exactly such a simple project.

They can wait a while to build hi-tech device.

Let's hope that the success of this may compel them to
think seriously about producing other kits.
