SB-300/400 LMOs

I am answering you through the LISTSERV so others can help offer
counterpoints to my input.  I can give you input based on my sample of two.

1. My SB-300 came from Heath with a 110-13 LMO using a 6AU6.  I had to
replace it and Heath sent a 110-16 LMO using a 6AU6.
2.  My SB-401 came from Heath with a 110-40 using a 6BZ6.

Looks like Heath modified the LMO over time, starting with a 6AU6 and ending
with a 6BZ6, maybe by the time the 110-32 LMO was issued.
