Metal Cabinet Cleaning

I had bought a Star Roamer recently, that I am sure had the metal
cabinet cleaned up by the seller using automobile wax.

The cabinet was very shiney and clean. I can tell that auto wax was used
because he waxed over the speaker holes ans some went in(I had a great
time getting it out of the holes!). Some even went on the speaker - no
harm though.

So for smooth metal cabinets, auto wax does a great job. Makes sense -
painted matal responds to wax. Although, I woudn't do it on wrinkle
finish metal - probably would never get it all off.
