WTB Hickok Adapter

Good Morning to All: Guess I have to explore all sources since two other
reflectors
were unproductive. I recently acquired a CA-5 adapter for use with my
Hickok Model
600 tube checker. Now I need the tube test data(the switch positions for
knobs A, B,
and C) on the CA-5 adapter. Got some 6JB6's I want to check. If anyone
can help and
is willing to make copies, I'll be happy to pay copy and mailing costs.
