power cords

Below is one man's opinion;
One should include everything that came with the radio new. That includes
the power cord, manual, extender boards, mic, etc. Sometimes these things
get lost, in which case you advertise it as short these items. If the
power cord came with the radio you are obligated to provide it. If it
came with the power supply it should go with the power supply. If it was
a separate item you can keep it.
