Moderate the List?

Harvey, and the list,

Sorry, but I vote "nay".  It just removes the need for a little personal
integrity and responsibility.  THAT will get my vote every time!  Too
bad it's so sadly out of fashion in this country, at all levels.  When
"good men do nothing", that's what results.
Let's just get back to Heath.  I suspect that Dave has already "t'rown
da bum out"!
