List Admin - again...

Hi guys,

Although the Tempe list server has the ability to have moderated lists, it
is against our policy.  As it has been pointed out, 99.9% of the people are
good and use common sense in posting and dealing with their peers on a list.

Moderating a list would slow the messages because they would stack up until
someone read them.   Technically it's far more work than the resulting
payoff would be.

So, no bother to vote, it's a government provided system and it's open to
all until they prove they are not up to the task of being civil.

I do want to thank those who notified me directly since even "I" don't read
all of the messages.
