Moderated List

I don't think a moderated list is necessary. I've never before seen an
exchange like the recent one on any list I participate in. It was dealt
with by the List Administrator - which is exactly what shouuld have
happened - and that should be the end of it. I think we sometimes spend way
to much effort protecting against things that almost never happen, rather
than dealing with the occasional bad-actor when and if...
