The question might be posed:

Are we responsible enough for freedom?

I, for one, have doubts but am willing to go down with the "civil
liberties" ship.

Don't allow one lonely voice crying "fire" in a crowded theater to
cause the first ammendment freedoms of the great majority of responsible
individuals to be compromised. Instead punish the transgressor swiftly
and irrevocably with permanent banishment from the list.

what say?
