IC WANTED!

Hi Heath Lovers!!

   Im  have a Heath ID-1590 weather station and a display driver chip
has gone bad.  So, Im looking for the following chip...  I went to 3
major local parts suppliers with no luck.  Can anyone help me out with
a reference, some substitute or even the one of the same?

       Heath chip IC-208    part # 443-602

      possible replacement numbers....

                                            DD700         DM8880
ECG2028     SN7480N
