WD-40 etc.

I concur with Wayne re the WD-40. I use it on the switches of a Swan 350
(31 years old) and a Hallicrafters HT32 (39 years old.) Both do nearly
daily duty, and the Swan still goes to Field Day. I would not call any
of the various cleaners non-toxic, so like all of them some care in
handling is essential. A lot cheaper than all the fancy special cleaners
too! Besides, it frees your sticky mechanisms and loosens your rusty
parts, just read the label! I do draw the line, however, at turkey and
my teeth.
