Keepers of the Green Machines. and sometimes brown.

I've got an HW-16 here, with a broken Neon lamp.  Heath part #  412-34.
Now, the manual doesn't give the rating of this bulb.    I've seen Neon
bulbs at Radio Shack with a rating of 120 volts AC.   and I've seen them
12 volts DC.  anyone know what the HW-16 uses?
