hw-101 cw (part 2)

Check carefully down around the "notes" area of the schematic diagram. The
diagram on my SB-401 has a small schematic (along with parts values) of the
PEC in the tone oscillator. It is indeed an RC arrangement. Looks like it
might be some kind of phase shift oscillator arrangement.
