If one has a bolt (stud) , and one doesn't, and MRF455A has a bolt (stud),
and MRF455 doesn't, I'd draw the conclusion that the 'A' suffix doesn't
indicate a later version, but a different package. Unles you can figure out
a way to properly heatsink the CD2664's , I would not operate them, or they
will overheat and fail.
