FT: IC-28A for SB-102 or SB-303/SB-401

I have an ICOM IC-28A 2 meter mobile in very good shape.  LCD readout
with 21 memories - 25 watts on high power.  Comes with TTP hand mic,
power cord, original box, mobile bracket and manual.  This unit has
public service receive but also can be modified to transmit in the
public service band.  Would trade for an Heath SB-102 transceiver in
good working condition (Don't need PS).  Also would trade for a Heath
SB-303/SB-401 combo in good working condition.   Other Heath trades???
