6146 et al.

Another $0.02 worth; the 6146-W is a version of the 6146 rather than the
6146-B because it predated the development and introduction of the 6146-B by
several years.  Speaking of the -W versions of tubes, does anyone remember
the 807-W?  It is a nifty tube, with a completely different glass envelope
than the standard 807.
