Another $0.02 worth; the 6146 is rated for full up to 60 MHz, but is useful
to 150 MHz plus [Heathkit Seneca, Globe Hibander, Lettine, L&W, etc].  I
built the 6146 two meter transmitter in the ARRL Handbook back in 1964, and
used it for about 10 years with quite good results.
