I have been seeing so much about 6146s that I decided to take a look
in my 1967 Radio Amateur's Handbook (price $4.00).  This may only be of interest to history buffs, but anyway here it is for 6146, then 6146A.

Cathode volts and amps: 6.3 and 1.25 (both)
Class of Service: Class-C telegraph (both)
Plate voltage: 500, 750
Screen voltage: 170, 160
Grid voltage: -66, -62
Plate current ma.: 135, 120
Screen current ma.: 9, 11
Grid current ma.: 2.5, 3.1
Approx driving power watts: .2 (both)
Approx Output power watts: 48, 70
