IG-102 value

Greetings,

My father in-law just found an IG-102 RF Signal Generator in his basement.  I
have no idea what kind of condition it is in, but I gather that it is at least
complete and doesn't explode when power is applied.  Anybody know what it
might be worth, assuming a condition of fair to good?
