According to their May 1998 retail flyer (Picked it up from their table
at the Kalamazoo Hamfest in October so it is probably reasonably
current):

They list their store hours as 8:00a-5:00p M,T,TH,F; 8:00a-12:00p W; and
9:30a-12:00 on Saturday, but they ask that you please call ahead.

When I talked to their representative/salesman at the Hamfest, he seemed
nice enough.  Picked up a few parts here and there, but none of them
Heath.

BTW, they even list a 1957 Fire Truck in this flier, so I can see how
they are able to claim to be "The House of Everything 'Almost'"
