Xistor SB104infor and mike stands

For those looking for final transistors for SB 104 XCVR, I have bought two
matched Quad sets from RF PARTS. They recommended MRF453A as replacement.
The holes in the PC board must be enlarged slightly. That operation was
very easy because VERY LITTLE of the board must be removed to enlarge the
holes enough for the replacements to go into the holes. They had them for
$93.00 for a matched Quad in last catalog. I think I am going to put the
feedback circuit in the SB104A this time, I am going to order it for $6.00
with instructions from RF Parts. I blew one set of four transistors using
the rig for a signal source in antenna experiment and probably if I had had
the feedback circuit and hadn't been so careless that wouldn't have happened.

On another unrelated subject, I have several microphones that mount on a
regular microphone stand, exactly like the EV664. The mikes are EV 630
dynamic mikes, chrome in color and I want to use them on my Heath and Drake
rigs. I have no push to talk stands for them. If I remember right, the old
JT30(which I have one of), Shure 440SL, EV 664, and others mounted the same
way and required a push to talk stand. Does anyone have any push to talk
stands they would like to part with or know of a source for them. The push
to talk mechanism is the important part of the need. i could put them on
regular goose neck stands or desk stands but I want the push to talk
feature. Your help on this adaptation would be sincerely appreciated.
