Alternate cap source (NOT NOS)

I should amend my statement about AG TANNENBAUM from my previous posting:
 
His site says that "MOST of the caps listed are NOS" (emphasis added).  It
does NOT say "ALL" are NOS.
 
A preemptive apology from me is due, for those who might have gotten the
wrong idea about AG TANNENBAUM.  His site is a good one, and I have
purchased merchandise from him before, I think.  Just never caps, so I can't
vouch for them.

 I have heard from RICK MISH (who does all the major-league 
 restoration videos that HI-RES does) that NOS (NEW OLD STOCK) 
 capacitors should be considered BAD.  Caps go bad by AGE, not 
 necessarily by USE, according to him.  Sounds reasonable to me. 
  
 Can anybody recommend anyone ELSE who sells multi-section 
 caps?  AG TANNENBAUM states right out the gate that HIS are 
 NEW OLD STOCK.  I want NEW NEW STOCK ONES going in MY stuff. 
  
 any ideas?  Thank you.
