Heath IM 5228 VTVM

It is the same as the IM28 and IM13, with different paint. 
Also essentially the same as the smaller VTVMs but with
differant configuration (meter) My favorite is the IM10.
It is a vertical configuration, but big.
They all work the same, quite well... but the serious VTVMs (Simpson,
Triplett, HP) are far nicer.
