Ic1 Regulator for HWA-202-1 Power Supply

Hi all Greenies... need the voltage regulator IC for the HWA 202 power supply.
The manual calls it a Motorola MFC6030... heath part number 442-48. I looked
in a few supply catalogs, no luck.
Any suggestions?
