According to Chuck Penson's excellent book, improvements and refinements made
to the SB-301 were:

- Addition of RTTY position on the mode switch
- Addition of the 15-15.5 mHz range for WWV reception
- ANL circuit added, activated by pulling out the volume control
- Activation of optional VHF converters improved by adding front panel control
- AM filter widened
- CW filter narrowed
- 2 spare jacks added to rear apron

>between the 300 and 301, though! If it's not the LMO, what is it??
