There is a terminal strip on which the the power cord's wires are connected.
When set up for 240V operation, there is a single jumper wire between screw
terminals #2 and #3 on this strip.

Operation for 120V is accomplished by removing this jumper and connecting it
between screw terminals #1 and #2, and adding an additional jumper between
screw terminals #3 & #4.

Keep in mind the SB-200 runs more efficiently on 240V however, and that the
load at full power at 120V is 16A!
