HW-16 receiver problems

To all the Greenies out there, thanks for the responces.  I have tried
all of them, but to no avail.  The voltage checks around v3, v.f.o.(v3b)
and v.f.o. mixer (v3a) are as follows:
pin 1     66.5v  should be 95v
      3     29v         "          35v
      6     249v       "          260v
      7     1.03v      "          3.5v
      8     5.0v        "          4.5v
      9     5.0v        "          -.75v
looks like pin one and pin 9 are the biggest problms.  As I had stated
earler, the components around v3 are correct and installed properly.
Any more suggestions?
