Open Letter to Nate W8NWB

Hi Nate.  I have heard same news about Ross, but more importantly the
feeling of ARRL that they need the business that bad that sc--- the
members,  we need the bucks.  I last joined ARRL after a few years
absence last year.  They were offering several booklets to chose from as
a bonus for a renewel of membership. I chose Hints and Kinks.  When it
came, it was 7 years old, though new. I reread the offer, there was no
mention that it was to be an old issue.  I immediately faxed them  and
voiced my displeasure, they didn't even acknowledge.  I faxed again and
explained that I would not ask for refund but would not renew at the end
of the year.  They didn't answer that one either! Geez Louise. I was very
diplomatic in both responses, not a screaming meemie.  This year they
sent two letters and flyers asking me to renew!!! Duh!!!  Fred W7PRV
