SB220 problem

I have completely restored an SB220 with all the mods from Harbach except
the electrolytic bank.  Now it sizzles at 300 watts out (on the 2 bands I
tried) at the bandswitch.  The only difference I have noticed was that when
tuning, the Tune control will go to 10 mtr mark when dipping on 20 mtrs and
the same on 40 mtrs (ie goes to right of 40 mtr mark).  Does anyone have an
idea what I might look for??

FYI  By the way, I unhooked the CW/SSB switch, leaving it wired for SSB
(HV) position and used that switch for standby switch.  I, too, tried the
R&R standby after moving transformer back and doing all I could do.  But
still too tight.
