FS HW-16/HG10B VFO

I have an HW-16 that is very clean and was working until abt 2 days ago.  I
think an electrolytic is leaking.  It has a motorboat type ticking that
accelerates at a slow rate after the unit is on for abt 3 minutes. The
tubes are all good.  The HG10B is real nice.  The plastic dial is not
cracked or discolored.  It works fine. No other known problems.  $100 plus
freight.
