Heath Garage Door Opener?

Hello:

I got a phone call the other day from someone looking for the 'arm' (237-24) from a Heath Garage Door Opener in the home they just bought.

I neither laughed nor had one in my back pocket, but offered to email this  list/group to see if anyone knew if the door opener was a 'kitified' version of a standard market product made by one of the name brands, or slim chance of one being available. either email me or them
