SB401 QUESTION

Hi Dan and Group

I don't have my manuals here at the office, but I seem to remember
making that trap removal mod on my SB-401. It was done to allow the
SB-401 to be used in transceive mode with a companion SB-303 receiver.
If you plan on mating that transmitter with a companion Heath receiver,
there shouldn't be any problem leaving the trap out of the circuit. If
you intend to run the transmitter "stand-alone" then you might want to
consider reinstalling the trap.
