Drake 2T vs. Heathkit DX-??

Hi, George -

Was that a Drake 2NT? The 2NT was a cute little Novice transmitter which
went with the Drake 2B or 2C receiver. I have one here and it's a neat
little rig. 6EA8 oscillator, 12BY7 driver, 6HF5 final. 80-10 meters, CW,
crystal controlled, with provisions for an external VFO.

I knew several folks that had them during the 70s. I'm sure they were very
popular during the 60s as well and probably gave Heath some competition.
