Drake 2T vs. Heathkit DX-??

Hello Again,

I noticed that there is a Drake 2T Transmitter on eBay.  Looking at the
picture, it looks like a xtal controlled radio, CW only.  Perhaps
something like the Heathkit DX-20 or perhaps DX-35? (cannot recall if
the DX-35 was CW or CW/AM).

Is there anyone out there who has knowledge of the Drake 2T
transmitter?  Perhaps the Drake 2T was competition for a Heathkit
DX-something?  Just curious as to what Heathkit was competing against in
the late 1950's / early 1960's.
