FS: IG-102

I have a pretty nice Heathkit IG-102 RF Signal Generator for sale with
the original manual and lead.  It works..... puts out a nice looking
signal on a scope.....but needs to be adjusted/calibrated to the dial.
Has a few small scuffs.
