My Fluke 8060A DVM spec sheet says it's greater than 10,000 MOhms,
typically 80,000 MOhms. However I've seen many at 10 MOhm and even some
low cost ones around 1 MOhm. But, you see, it's not that important when
measuring high voltages. It's only important on those high impedence
circuits. A typical 20,000/volt VOM with a let's say 500 volt scale
would be 10 MOhm but on the 5 volt scale it would be 100 KOhms.
