Drake 2T vs. Heathkit DX-??

It was an EXCELLENT deal, and still would be today.
It is clear why Heath sold so many of them. When I was a novice,
I remember listening to (clearly) new hams slowly trying to
spell out the rig that they were so proud of. More than likely, it
was a DX60/HR10B or an HW16 and some Rangers as well.
My only point was that you cannot compare it to the little
Drake entrys.
