Regens

Well - with all the stories about regens, I had to put in
my 2 1/2 cents worth. My first receiver other than a crystal
radio, was a home built regen, with hand wound coils. No real dial
so was never sure where I was in freq. A, B and c battery.
One tube (45?). Many many hours of fun with it. Next radio
was an KnightKit Span Master, super regen. Wonderful and
fun kit.
Detassled(sp) many many rows of corn up in Minn thru the
summer to buy it. Still have one up on the shelf that I
found at a yard sale a couple of years ago.
