sb200 parasitic choke replacement help

i've got to replace the two parasitic chokes (PC1 and PC2) for the 572B
tubes in my sb200.  these have detonated and weren't original anyway.  so,
i'm looking for an appropriate resistor value and coil description to make a
couple of new ones.  any ideas?
