DX-100 keying modification

In the late 1950s or early 1960s, Heath put out a
modification kit and instruction sheet on changing the
keying in the DX-100 to grid-block and also adding a
"spotting" switch.  I need to obtain a copy of these
instructions.

Made the modifications to a DX-100 that I owned back
in 1960 (gave it away in the late 1970s), and am
getting a "new" one that needs this done to it.

Let me know any charges for copying, postage, etc.
