Tube layout

I am posting this for a Ham friend that is wheel chair retained, he
needs
the tube layout for a Hammerlund HQ129 Receiver.
If anyone has this and can make a scan or have a web address it will
greatly appreicated. He fixes up electronic stuff to help keep busy.
