HW-16 final

  Thanks to all for their answers on the HW-16 final. I had
suspected cost was the reason, just thought it was odd that
they went that route with the HW-16 and used a 6146 in the
DX-60 transmitter. I don't have a HW-16, but I would like to
pick one up in the next few months.
