FS: Heath/Bell Howell 4015 Scope

Clean Heath/Bell schools 4015 scope works OK but lousy Sync and stability 
I have been keeping it in the trunk (*in a case*) for audio work but no longer need it

Clean condition Sweep vernier knob missing W/ manual and large schematic.
$40 or trade for a CW filter for SB-102
Also looking for a (teal) SB-600

Keep em nice!
